ClientFlow — Agency Management App
A full-stack agency workspace for managing clients, projects, tasks, time entries, and invoice status. Built with Node.js, SQLite, and JavaScript, with a responsive dashboard and admin and member permissions.
The challenge
This personal portfolio project explores a common challenge for small agencies: keeping client details, project tasks, work hours, and billing records organized across separate tools. The goal was to connect these records in one clear workspace.
Work completed
Developed ClientFlow with AI assistance, including the frontend interface, backend API, and SQLite database. Implemented client and project creation, task assignments and status changes, time logging, invoice tracking, and an activity feed. Added session authentication, server-side permissions, input validation, automated API tests, and GitHub checks.
Results
Delivered a working portfolio application with persistent database storage and connected workflows. All 12 automated API tests passed, and GitHub checks completed successfully. The project uses fictional demo data and demonstrates how frontend interfaces, backend logic, and relational databases work together.
